EDRIC is DysNet now

Hi everybody - EDRIC decided to get renamed into DysNet

Here are the reasons

- EDRIC as for European Dysmelia Reference Infromation Centre - we felt it was too long and too complicated

- DysNet the name of our website has been established as a recognisable brand over the last years

- We wanted to reach out to more than just Europe
